J International was founded by CEO Ji-Hye Lee, who has over 19 years of experience in the cosmetics industry, with a vision to expand into the Southeast Asian market. This led to her keen interest in summer skincare, especially for sensitive and oily skin.
In 2012, she launched Rivecowe (rivecoiː), a professional base makeup brand designed for oily skin in Southeast Asia’s hot and humid climate. Rivecowe’s cream formulations were developed to provide “Perfect-End-Benefit”, ensuring long-lasting wear even in extreme humidity. Today, Rivecowe has local stores in Vietnam and the Philippines and exports its products across Southeast Asia, Mexico, and Russia.
